We’re looking for a super-smart digital marketer with specialist expertise in Google Ads and Meta  (Facebook & Instagram) Ads management. If you have a creative flair, killer data analysis skills and excellent project management capability, you might be just what we’re looking for. Working from home in a virtual team, you will be a “hands on” team player and a self-starter with a strong ability to work under pressure and the ability to work under very tight deadlines.

This is an incredible Work From Home (WFH) opportunity for a self-starter looking to show their passion, demonstrate their skills and develop professionally.

This position is available on a full-time basis and is entirely WFH, so you can say goodbye to the office commute and enjoy the flexibility that a remote role has to offer.

You will have a deep understanding of paid media strategies in Google Ads and Facebook & Instagram, using data to inform successful lead generation strategies that drive profitability for our clients. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and who will thrive in a small, fast-growing team environment. You’ll need to be able to think on your feet and roll up your sleeves.

You will manage a portfolio of clients and be responsible for driving profitability by hitting KPIs that maximise effectiveness and minimise inefficiency.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a specialist Paid Search (Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram) role with a proven track record of success.
  • Degree qualified in Marketing/Communications or a relevant business discipline OR degree qualified in English or Journalism with an additional marketing qualification.
  • Meta and Google Ads certified (Search, Display, Video & Shopping) with expertise in the set up and management of campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting skills: the ability to write compelling, eye-catching headlines and great PPC ad copy.
  • An eye for ad design, landing page creation and optimisation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client management skills – you will be in charge of managing results for a portfolio of clients and will meet clients regularly to gather feedback and devise strategies.
  • Proficient in Search Marketing tools (Google Ads Search, Display and Shopping, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, SEM Rush) that you will use to interpret data into actionable insights.
  • Graphic design, video editing skills and familiarity with tools like Promo and Canva will be considered very favourable.
  • A passion to develop professionally and be the best in the industry at digital marketing.
