Do you charge set up fees?
No, we don’t charge a separate set up fee. We connect up your existing social profiles or create new ones in the first month. We set up and manage Google Business Profile under our Local SEO package (ask us about this if you haven’t got one), but if you have an existing profile, we will connect and post to it as part of our social package.

How does the billing work?
All invoices are billed 30 days in advance. Invoices are due 7 days after the monthly invoice issue date.

What happens when my contract expires?
Once the intial minimum commitment period of a contract has expired, fixed plan contracts will automatically roll over to a contract of the same duration (6 Monthly or 12 Monthly) at the same rate unless advised otherwise. Any future changes in rate will be communicated in advance by email and also during monthly meetings.

Can I move to a different package?
Clients may move to another package to lock in a different rate once the initial contract term expires. Clients may upgrade their package during the course of a contract term and simply pay the difference between the two packages starting from the following monthly billing cycle.

Can I pause my service?
A discontinuation of Social Media Management will be treated as a cancellation. For security purposes, any client data held by 80/20 Digital will be deleted and access to the clients digital marketing systems, e.g, Facebook, Instagram, Google Analytics, etc. will be removed.

What if I want to cancel my service?
If you wish to cancel your service, we require 30 days notice in advance of your monthly invoice issue date. Fixed Term Plan Contracts will incur an additional 1 month early termination fee.

Why are there different set up fees?
Where clients have pre-existing social media profiles, we will use these and connect them to our social media posting tool. In our expeience, some clients have set up social media profiles incorrecty, which we then ‘clean up’ for best practice and a smoother, better, brand experience. Where no pre-existing profiles exist, a new set up is required including banner design, profile optimisation, passwords and connecting to our social media reporting tools.
