How does the billing work?
All invoices are billed 30 days in advance. Invoices are due 7 days after the monthly invoice issue date.

What happens when my contract expires?
Once the intial minimum commitment period of a contract has expired, fixed plan contracts will automatically roll over to a contract of the same duration (6 Monthly or 12 Monthly) at the same rate unless advised otherwise. Any future changes in rate will be communicated in advance by email and also during monthly meetings.

Can I move to a different package?
Clients may move to another package to lock in a different rate once the initial contract term expires. Clients may upgrade their package during the course of a contract term and simply pay the difference between the two packages starting from the following monthly billing cycle.

Can I pause my service?
Clients may pause media spend for a period of up to two weeks. Monthly Ads Management may be paused. However, a discontinuation of Ads Management Spend will be treated as a cancellation. For security purposes, any client data held by 80/20 Digital will be deleted and access to the clients digital marketing systems, e.g, Facebook, Instagram, Google Analytics, etc. will be removed. A set up fee will be charged on recommencement.

What if I want to cancel my service?
If you wish to cancel your service, we require 30 days notice in advance of your monthly invoice issue date. Fixed Term Plan Contracts will incur an additional 1 month early termination fee.

Does 80/20 Digital keep a percentage of the media spend?
*Media spend is separate from Ads Management and is paid directly to Google. 80/20 Digital does not take a percentage of the media spend.

What is ClickCease?
**ClickCease is a 3rd party software provider. While we recommend, set up and optimise the ClickCease product, 80/20 Digital is not affiliated in any way. Purchasing Clickcease is optional and at the client’s expense.
